interests and therapeutic approach
Why Therapy?
Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to work through life’s challenges.
Many people seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low in mood, or unsure how to move forward. You may notice patterns repeating in relationships, difficulties managing stress, or emotional reactions that feel stronger than you would like.
Therapy offers the opportunity to better understand these patterns and develop practical, lasting strategies for change.
Based in Tuggerah on the Central Coast, I provide evidence-based psychological therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults.
Evidence-based Therapy
I utilise evidence-based approaches, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Positive Psychology
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT
- Schema Therapy
These approaches help build insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical coping strategies that support long-term well-being.
My approach is collaborative and individualised.
Therapy is not “one size fits all.”
Together, we create a treatment plan tailored to your goals, needs, and pace.
Areas of Support
As a Clinical Psychologist servicing Tuggerah and the broader Central Coast region, I provide therapy for:
- ADHD
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Complex trauma
- Self-esteem difficulties
- Relationship concerns
- Stress and anger management
- Gender identity
- Cultural transition and adjustment
Young People* - special area of interest
I have a special interest in working with young people aged 15 to 25. Adolescence and early adulthood can be complex and emotionally demanding stages of life.
I support young people experiencing:
- ADHD
- Bullying
- Low confidence
- School avoidance
- Gender identity exploration
- Self-harming behaviours
My passion for this work is both professional and personal. Growing up as a female with ADHD in the 1980s and 1990s, I understand how isolating and confusing adolescence can feel. I strive to provide a safe and respectful space where young people feel heard and supported.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with 16 years of experience providing counselling in Australia. Originally from South America, I offer therapy sessions in:

This allows me to support the culturally diverse Central Coast community.
